Karim Kabbara

Co-Founder & CEO

Karim is a Business Strategy and Energy professional with a wealth of international projects development and execution gained while working for large corporate environments for more than 16 years. Karim is passionate about supporting businesses in reaching their Energy sustainability goals.

Karim has global exposure to various market segments, including Energy, telecom, commercial and industrial.

Karim holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris I. He also has a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Energy.

Karim is a French and Lebanese national.

Stanislas Nicolas

Co-Founder & COO

Stanislas is an energy and asset management professional with more than 20 years of experience executing projects in complex and harsh environments.

Stanislas was a project director for large international corporates and has developed and drafted corporates' strategies for decentralized solar energy projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Stanislas holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne in France.

Stanislas is a French national.

Our executive management team cumulates more than 90 years of experience in the Energy, Telecom, Commercial and Industrial segments across the Middle East and Africa.
